This Delivery Policy explains how Adventures in Minecraft delivers digital items, privileges, and in-game currency after you complete a purchase on our website.
All products sold through our store are digital goods delivered directly to your in-game account. There is no physical shipping involved.
Delivery is initiated automatically after your payment is confirmed by our payment provider.
At checkout you must select the target game server and provide the in-game nickname that should receive the items.
You are responsible for entering the correct server and nickname. We cannot redirect items that were delivered to a nickname you entered incorrectly.
You must be online on the selected server at the moment of purchase for delivery to succeed.
If you are offline when payment completes, delivery may be delayed or fail. Join the selected server as soon as possible after paying so your items can be credited.
Most purchases are delivered within seconds of payment confirmation. In rare cases — such as server maintenance or high load — delivery may take up to 24 hours.
If you have not received your items within 24 hours, please contact our support team with your order details.
If delivery fails due to a technical issue on our side, we will retry automatically or manually credit your account once the issue is resolved.
If delivery fails because you were offline, used an incorrect nickname, or selected the wrong server, you must contact support. We will review the case and attempt to resolve it where possible.
